Hi Guys,

Due to my wireless sender unit packing up on my main computer I am resorting to using a laptop but the screen is too small so I connected a htmi cable from the laptop to my tv, it works, at least it worked for a while but now the homepage is rotating left to right on the screen and I cannot stop it.

Any suggestions???

I cannot send/receive any emails, it advises me that it is downloading them but I cannot find them. When trying to send an email message, the following dialogue box appears.."The file C:\Users\Bruce Lawton\App Data\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. is in use & cannot be accessed.You might need to restart your computer". I do all this and nothing changes, the same message comes up again.Outlook 2010 is what I have been using for a couple of years on Windows7.

Re slipstreaming XP. I downloaded SP3 (XP-KB936929-SP3-x86-ENU) from MicroSoft and nLite tells me it is not a Win32 program. What is going on and how can I fix it. Current OS XP Home with SP3.

On the same day that I discovered my DVD-Blueray combo drive had mysteriously disappeared from my screen, PC User provided your answer to John Irvin’s letter about his missing optical drive. How useful was that? I followed your plan of attack and found firstly that installing a new driver was frustratingly greyed out. Then I found a message saying that the registry was the problem [see screenshot herewith]. So I restored from before a Windows 7 automatic updatea week or so back which I suspect was the problem. Yes I have my DVD drive back.

Windows - When I copy a large amount of files and the transfer fails, how can I repeat the transfer without the long process of comparing files and transferring only uncopied files... Particularly the corrupt file being transfered last?
