East-Tec Eraser 2010

Ensuring you are connected to the internet, install East-Tec Eraser 2010 from PC User's March cover disc. Now run East-Tec Eraser and when the registration page appears, click 'Free Registration' (or visit http://offers.east-tec.com/pcuserau/2011/eraser/) and enter your name and email address, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Submit. You will receive an email with a link in it. Click the link to go to the East-Tec website. Here you will see a special offer page – click the 'Get free key' button to get your unlock key. A web page will open with your free licence key. Select and copy it and then return to the program and click Enter Key. Type in the name you used to register the software and paste the key into the box. Click OK and then you will get confirmation that the key has been validated. Note that although these pages refer to version 2011 it is version 2010 that is being offered free.

Ashampoo Burning Studio 2012

Ensuring you are connected to the internet, install Ashampoo Burning Studio 2012 from our March cover disc. Once the install process is complete, run Burning Studio 2012, select 'Request free full version key' and your web browser will go straight to the registration site. Here, enter a valid email address in the form provided and click Send. A registration code will then be sent to that email address. (If you don't receive the email please check your junk email folder, as these emails are sometimes picked up by spam filters). Select and copy the key and, in the registration dialog, choose 'Paste from Clipboard', then 'Activate Now' and your key will be validated. If you have previously installed other Ashampoo products you may be taken direct to the web site and your key may appear automatically in your browser window.

SoftOrbits Remove Logo Now and UserOS Home Server 12.03

No registration required. Just install the software from the cover disc – although for UserOS Home Server, be sure to read the installation instructions and other guides starting on page 62 of PC User's March edition.
