Registration instructions and any other issues related to PC User's cover DVD.

Important notes and tips

With PC User's software (such as TVrip, Auto App Pack and YouGrab), be sure to download the latest update(s) when prompted by the software.
Featured software on the PC User cover disc may require online registration, but hurry: Registration sites are active for a strictly limited time. And be sure to keep the registration codes in case you have to reinstall the software in the future.
To help minimise spam and potential fraud, we recommend using a secondary email account (such as a free Gmail or Hotmail account) and being cautious with your personal details, when registering with any web site.
The software on PC User's cover disc is provided "as is" and generally not supported, but if you need help, you could try the following:
- Contact PC User Disc Replacement if you have a damaged DVD or require a CD version.
- Carefully read the instructions below and our cover DVD guide.
- Go to software publisher's web site via the 'online' link provided on the cover disc, and search or ask for help.
- Search for an answer or ask a question in our help forums, including the PC User software forum (if the software was created by PC User).
- If, after that, you still have a problem directly related to our cover DVD, you could try contacting our DVD Help.

May 2012 issue

WashAndGo 2011

Ensuring you are connected to the Internet, install WashAndGo 2011 from PC User's cover disc. During installation you will see an 'Unlock Code' window. Enter a valid email address and your name and click the 'Get free unlock code now' link. You will receive an email with your unlock code. In most cases the unlock code is displayed automatically in the Unlock Code window and the software is unlocked. If this doesn’t happen, just copy and paste the code manually from the email into the appropriate field in the unlock code window and click on 'Unlock now'. (If you don't receive the email please check your junk email folder, as these emails are sometimes picked up by spam filters).

Driver Magician

Take note of the registration name and code on the Driver Magician page on PC User's cover disc. Just use this name and code with Driver Magician to unlock the full version.

ArcSoft Perfect365

Ensuring you are connected to the Internet, install Perfect365 from PC User's cover disc. During installation you will see an 'Activation' window: click “Get the keycode now”. This will lead to ArcSoft's shopping cart and the coupon code will be already there with a cost of $0.00. Complete the purchase process, ensuring you use a valid email address, and you will receive a licence code in your email. Just use this code with Perfect365 to unlock the full version. WebSite X5 Smart v9

Ensuring you are connected to the internet, go to WebSite X5 Smart registration page. Complete the registration form, ensuring you enter a valid email address and take note of the password that you enter here. In the WebSite X5 email sent to you, click on the link to confirm your email address. Log in to the site using the email and password that you used to register, then a licence key will be displayed for you. Select and copy this licence key and paste it into the Licence Activation screen which appears when you install WebSite X5 Smart. You will also need to enter your email address and the password you used when registering as part of the install process. Be sure to keep a backup of your WebSite X5 password and licence key in case you want to reinstall it in future.

Ashampoo Office 2010

Ensuring you are connected to the Internet, install Ashampoo Office 2010 – during the installation process make sure to click the "Get free activation key" button and your web browser will go straight to the registration site. Here, enter a valid email address in the form provided. A registration code will then be sent to that email address. (If you don't receive the email please check your junk email folder, as these emails are sometimes picked up by spam filters). Enter the key into the dialog and click the Activate Now button. When your key is validated, you can continue to install the program.

PC Fresh 2011

Ensuring you are connected to the Internet, install PC Fresh. During installation you will see an unlock code window. Enter a valid email address and your name and click the 'Get free unlock code now' link. You will receive an email with your unlock code which you can copy and paste into the unlock code window to unlock your software if the unlock code does not appear automatically for you. (If you don't receive the email please check your junk email folder, as these emails are sometimes picked up by spam filters).
When your key is validated you can continue to install the program.
